RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please send an email to hello@belissima.co.uk to receive a returns reference and instructions, or fill in the form below. All items must be unused, unworn, tags attached and placed back in the original packaging. Any items that do not meet these conditions will be refused a refund/exchange. All items must be returned within 14 days of purchasing to be eligible for refund/exchange.

SHIPPING
All items sent within the UK and Northern Ireland are sent via DPD next day delivery. Items must be ordered before 2pm to be dispatched on the same day. Please note that next day delivery only applies on orders made Monday-Thursday. Orders made Friday-Sunday will be delivered the next working day.
International delivery is available for orders made outside of the UK and Northern Ireland. Delivery charges are specified at checkout. Shipping times will vary from country to country, therefore if you have a shipping question, please use the live chat or contact form below.
